How It Spreads
The best way to prevent illness is to avoid exposure to the virus. This includes person to person contact and respiratory droplets from an infected person. It may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has been compromised by the virus and then touching their own mouth, nose or eyes.
Steps to Protect Yourself
- Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
- Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub together until they feel dry.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Sneeze or cough in elbow or use tissue and dispose tissue immediately.
Due to high demand for these services, treatment will be provided on a first come, first serve basis with scheduling priority to our current clients.
